對(duì)于玻璃異形機(jī)來(lái)說(shuō)，其整機(jī)性能必須滿足以下要求。
1)傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)作應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確、可靠，不應(yīng)有明顯的震動(dòng)、沖擊、爬行現(xiàn)象。
2)玻璃異形機(jī)吸盤能正常工作進(jìn)的真空范圍為-0.05～-0.1MPa。
For the glass shaped machine, its performance must meet the following requirements.
1) transmission mechanism of action should be accurate, reliable, should not have the obvious vibration, shock, crawling phenomenon.
2) glass shaped machine sucker vacuum range of normal work for -0.05 ~ -0.1MPa.
3)玻璃異形機(jī)冷卻、氣壓系統(tǒng)不應(yīng)有堵塞和滲漏現(xiàn)象。
4)磨輪軸承部位溫升小于45攝氏度，最高溫度小于85攝氏度。
5)磨輪旋轉(zhuǎn)軸的運(yùn)動(dòng)精度：軸向跳動(dòng)不大于0.03mm，徑向跳動(dòng)不大于0.03mm。
6)玻璃異形機(jī)整機(jī)噪聲小于等于85dB(A)。
1) glass shaped machine cooling, pressure system should not be blockage and leakage.
2) grinding wheel bearing temperature rise at less than 45 degrees Celsius, the highesttemperature of less than 85 degrees celsius.
3) the grinding motion precision wheel rotating shaft: axial runout is less than 0.03mm,the radial runout is less than 0.03mm.
4) glass shaped machine noise is less than or equal to 85dB (A).
